We closely document the condition of the roofing membrane, flashing details, parapet walls, chimney stacks, flue pipes, gutters and downspouts, ridge vents, skylights, and all rooftop HVAC and mechanical equipment. We identify issues such as membrane wear, seam failures, blistering, ponding water, granule loss (on sloped areas), flashing deterioration, and signs of structural stress.
